Viveiro and Cedeira

Viveiro was pleasant enough, and we stayed for two nights—mainly to restock on food as supplies were running low. From there, we rounded the corner to the Bares region, which was absolutely stunning. Most nights we had the beach entirely to ourselves, and with the surrounding eucalyptus forest, even the air smelled wonderful.

Next, we made our way along the coast to Cedeira, where—quite by surprise—we arrived during their celebrations for the patron saint, the Lady of the Sea. Every evening there was parties and live music… a change of pace after our tranquil last anchorage. The boys made the most of the fairground, especially having missed West Show week back home. ☺️
